I was taking to a lovely woman at the store about cleansers and how I can’t find one that takes my mascara off very well. She told me about this semi water proof mascara and let me tell you, it comes off like a dream but, more than that, it doesn’t smudge AT ALL. I get zero racoon eyes now and in the Summer! Love love love this product
