Pain is relieved almost immediately. I love thos product and use it all the time. Yes it's a little pricey but it is worth every penny. I found it when I was visiting a friend in California and it was only 1000mg. Then I bought the 1500 so I just knew the 2000was going to be amazing. If you have sore joints or chronic shoulder, neck, or back pain like I do you should get this.
