This was my first ever microneedling service & I was so glad to do this in the comfort of my own home! Joanna was so thoughtful to ensure that I was well taken care of and calm & collected all throughout the service. She was so professional but also super down to earth and so knowledgeable. She explained thoroughly each step of the way what was happening and informed me carefully of what to do with Pinch’s provided post-treatment care kit. She also gave me lots of insightful additional steps on how to take care of my skin and all the services provided by Pinch that can help with that! I already can’t wait to see the results & book Joanna again for future appointments :)
