I finally succomb to the Primefish ads on IG and I'm glad I did. I appreciate how fast my crab arrived and how nicely packed it was. Although I'm not a fan of the styrofoam cooler the crab was held in, I do get its the best way to keep the crab cold with the dry ice. There is one of me eating the 4lbs of crab arm meat that I ordered, so having .5lb individual packages is perfect. Now for the crab itself, a quick saute with the Chesapeake Bay butter and crab spices that were included with my purchase, and a generous amount of butter - OMG! Absolutely delicious with the lovliest texture. It's pricey - but you can't beat this fresh peeled crab meat ready to eat cold or to be incorporated into other quick meal dishes.
