“Everything was great until the very end. Received notification that the order had shipped but never received notification that the order was delivered. Could have been disastrous as this was a gift and the recipients were out of town. Fortunately their house sitter found the order before it was spoiled. Very disappointing, makes me dubious about ever using this service again.”

When an order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email so that you can monitor its progress and ensure a timely delivery. We understand that this was a gift and that the recipients were out of town, which added complexity to the situation. I took a leap and ordered 8lbs of crab legs, I placed the order and then turned around and requested a different delivery date and customer service, accomidated my request with out hesitation. When I received my order it was WELL packed still frozen (as were the included ice packs. I put my purchase in the freezer and left the box it was shipped i sitting in my kitchen for 2 days and when I went to recycle the ites the ice pack were STILL mostly frozen! THat night we had our first crab night and they DID NOT disappoint! One pack (1lb) fed my daughter and I perfectly! The flavor texture and appearance were all spot on! We enjoyed the crab VERY much!”
