“Was not a big fan. Purchased 5 lbs of snow crab meat at $75/lb which arrived in two days, still frozen in a premium shipping box. We had a meal with the first 1 lb package (prepared per Primefish's guidance) and found it just OK at best. Crab tasted a little fishy and not at all what I would have expected from a premium product. Their butter was good, but average. Not sure if I'll even prepare the remaining $300 worth! Sadly, we get better tasting crab at the mexican restaurant around the corner! We were so excited to try PrimeFish, but unfortunately I would not recommend their product based on my experience. Hopefully this was just an anomoly. For us, we wish we had the money back to spend on better tasting products elsewhere.”
“Extremely disappointed in the quality! The videos that you watch, the man is able to just bite the snow crab claws just as tender, as if they were fresh. The order I received they were almost edible and had to throw them out. The snow crab leg meat Is almost as inedible as the crab claws. “I was very disappointed in my order after following the directions to defrost it it was waterlogged in the bag I then had to drain it in a colander towel, dry it with paper towels over and over and over again, and when I did cook it the following day it had a very fishy flavor to it, so I just want you to know I was very disappointed and will not purchase that again.
