Have been so excited to break into this box and finally had the chance today. Started with the snow crab claws, which were absolutely to die for. Simply defrosted, put in a foil pouch with the Chesapeake butter, and put on the grill for 12 minutes. Absolute perfection. Can’t wait to try the sea bass, crab leg meat, and scallops! They all look so good.
