“Everything was great until the very end. Received notification that the order had shipped but never received notification that the order was delivered. Could have been disastrous as this was a gift and the recipients were out of town. Fortunately their house sitter found the order before it was spoiled. Very disappointing, makes me dubious about ever using this service again.”

When an order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email so that you can monitor its progress and ensure a timely delivery. We understand that this was a gift and that the recipients were out of town, which added complexity to the situation. “Crab meat was not as good as described. Some bags were not vacuum sealed, 4 out of 12. MUCH smaller meat pieces than pictured. Many pieces still had the tendons in them. Fast shipping and arrived frozen.”
