“The crab was shipped quickly and was packaged in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs and 3 lb packages of crab legs. The top bag was already getting soft when the package arrived during the summer in TN. My only recommendation would to make sure the crab is not too close to the top of the container away from the ice which was on the bottom. We ate the crab and it was tender and flavorful.”
“The crab was much much smaller once thawed and drained. What exactly is put in the crab liquid as a preservative? I think I should have simmered them in more if your butter. But they were pretty good. Thanks”
“Overall the order met all expectations delivered by previous orders. However, the shrimp were dissapointing regarding the size. No where in the advertisement did I see or read the shrimp I ordered were for salads or stir fried rice. I expected to see large shrimp. Glad I ordered the smallest pkg. Next time I will be more mindful to ensure my order matches my expectation.”
“The only reason not 5 stars, was a delivery to my mom for Mother’s Day got delayed due to, as I was told “it was sent out ground instead of air”, and the food was unfortunately not edible. But they sent out new order the next delivery day which was awesome, and my mother really enjoy the crab leg meat and crab claws. This was my 3rd order, and totally understand mix ups. And still going to order some crab claws next month, so all is groovy.”
“I ordered the snow crabs unshelled they were very good a little pricey but we had no mess with shells all over the place . I would order again here and there”
“My family loves the crab claws! I would have given 5 stars but I ordered Chesapeake seasoning and they sent the Original seasoning, otherwise great service!
Also love the Orza salmon but seem to be out of that.”
“Customer Service is outstanding!! Unfortunately the advice offered in previous email was not taken seriously. Packaging used while sealing the product is to thin. Just like the previous order 4 of the 5 packages had torn and lost the seal.”
