I was very disappointed in my order after following the directions to defrost it it was waterlogged in the bag I then had to drain it in a colander towel, dry it with paper towels over and over and over again, and when I did cook it the following day it had a very fishy flavor to it, so I just want you to know I was very disappointed and will not purchase that again.
