“Was not a big fan. Purchased 5 lbs of snow crab meat at $75/lb which arrived in two days, still frozen in a premium shipping box. We had a meal with the first 1 lb package (prepared per Primefish's guidance) and found it just OK at best. Crab tasted a little fishy and not at all what I would have expected from a premium product. Their butter was good, but average. Not sure if I'll even prepare the remaining $300 worth! Sadly, we get better tasting crab at the mexican restaurant around the corner! We were so excited to try PrimeFish, but unfortunately I would not recommend their product based on my experience. Hopefully this was just an anomoly. For us, we wish we had the money back to spend on better tasting products elsewhere.”

“Order was delivered very fast but unfortunately the vacuum seal bags were torn open and the food had already started to thaw. We did cook a package that day, but it had a horrible taste to it like it had spoiled. We will probably not order again. We threw the rest out.”
