So - seemed a disappointingly small portion. See photo - 264g. About half the size of other dishes. Can you please encourage chefs to standardise portion size? Have a minimum weight for a main course or something? It was very heavy and stodgy. Not unctuous - would have preferred a looser texture. Didn’t feel luxurious. Could taste truffle though. Not much meat.
