I bought the bed about April this year. It is comfortable so far. I bought the plush version, I thought it would be softer. The shipment was extra long as the information saying it was in stock was incorrect. I can’t look back at the purchase information as my email is not being recognised when I attempted to log in. A big influence on my purchase was the Australian made factor. Communication is extremely limited and mostly unavailable with the manufacturer
