After signing for my delivery I dusted the table with a soft microfiber cloth. The edges were not sanded smooth so the cloth caught on the rough areas. I applied a wood/furniture safe product. Mineral oil followed by Murphy’s oil soap. Both are labeled for use on fine furniture. This is exactly what the company website says to use, a wood safe product. The wood looked cloudy and uneven. I called the company and they offered to send sand paper! And then told me that I used the wrong products. Read the instructions on the site. It is not specific at all. I clean all my furniture with these products and have never had a problem. They have refused to take the table back.
