Our dog was sleeping on my dirty clothes every night, so his round Molly Mutt bed with the mesh insert is perfect. I put two standard pillows and some of my clothes in the mesh insert, added the waterproof liner over it and then got the rocketman duvet. Now he sleeps on a cute bed instead of a pile of clothes.
