I LOVE THIS SKIRT so so much! The flow is amazing!! I got a small (waist is 27") and I wear a small in all the bottoms, however I think I will get an XS next time to keep it a bit more snug but it still fits BEAUTIFULLY. I love this color too. I'm so so happy!
