These are EXCELLENT rubber seals. You need to install the window onto the seal dry. No soapy water. Install cord around perimeter. Then spray the outside with soapy water and they fit perfectly. If you install the glass into the seal wet then they “appear” to be too long .Excellent product. Highly recommend
