I have always found the PerfectFit Team to be really helpful and this time was no exception. The front piece on my fifteen month old Labrador’s PerfectFit harness had become too tight. I emailed their helpline and was advised she would need a 40mm medium now which I ordered. Unfortunately the wrong piece was sent initially, I received a 40mm small which is what I already had, but an email soon resolved that issue and the correct part was sent out. The only moan I have is that I had to pay to return the incorrect piece, although it was the cheapest postage I could get, it wasn’t my fault the wrong piece had been sent. Thankfully Sienna’s harness now fits perfectly. I would highly recommend and most certainly will be using them again.
