This is a great product to use for weak/damaged hair. The serum helps strengthen your hair strands over time. After a few uses you'll notice a change in your hair, how it flows how it moves while you move. My hair is healthy, moisturized, has a nice shine to it. I simply spray it on my damp hair after showering and washing my hair. I separate my hair into sections, i spray the rootist biobrew evenly in my hair starting from my roots down to my ends. I make sure to get it all over, I use my hands to massage the serum into my scalp leaving it nice and moisturized.
