This was a replacemenr part for my orginal frother which stopped working. I really appreciate how easy the process was. The only problem is that it doesnt feel as sturdy as my original. Mine was a matte outer shell that felt more sutrdy. However, I was sent a shiny plastic shell that feels more flimsy.
