Nice and strong. Get a professional to install anchors properly. This thing is heavy and strong. I have an outslayer bag hanging from it. It’s as good as they come. Good for Muay Thai and Kicks because bar is not in the way. Don’t use those cheap cornermen stands. This is the way to go if you are serious.
