Firstly what a top company to deal with, Delivery arranged and on time. The chest of drawers were well pack and took a while to unwrap as a result no damage or scratches the only over sight was only one set of handels with the chest but a quick email and an apologectic email back almost immediately to say they would post as soon as posible considering this was bank holiday saturday I could not believe at nine oclock on tuesday morning the wood handels were divered by post, I have nothing but praise for both the company and the Harwell chest of draws and would not hesitate to recomend either.
