I wanted to buy a honeycomb frag for my husband for Christmas but was not sure what was included in the package as I am not very familiar with marine tank equipment etc, so I telephoned & spoke to the company about this item, they explained I would get the slimline honeycomb frag & 2 magnetic holders. I also wanted the neon orange/black as per the picture & at first the guy said they were out of stock but then took the time to check their stock in the front of the shop & found they had one left, the guy said he would put it by for me. When the I received the parcel I got the colour I wanted but there was only one magnetic holder in the package, so called the company up they were very apologetic & received another magnetic holder in the post a few days later. My husband is now using the honeycomb frag & is very happy with it, the frags sit in the honeycomb nicely 👌🏽 I have to say I found there customer service to be very very good & they were really helpful. Would definitely recommend using this company.
