I bought this spade and I was impressed by how sturdy it felt to hand. I took it out for a 4 hour dig on a pasture field to see how I got on with it and liked it if honest I got back to the car and inspected it while cleaning it and noticed that the tip of the spade had rolled over and bent like it's made from soft steel. I was annoyed really as it was the first time using it after spending the amount I did. I contacted Regtons but the Warranty does Not cover damage unless to Welds. So now I'm stuck with a spade with a bent edge which I'll have to hammer out to straighten again. Even though it is well made, it is made from soft or mild steel. I used a mini draper spade for 2 years and it didn't bend or roll at all I still have it. It shows that these expensive spades aren't always better
