The packs of boards pretty much all came in good order with the odd board not perfect but that was easily resolved as you will always need to cut a board and you just cut off the imperfect bit. They are easy to cut and they cut very well and straight with out chipping which is nice. I am a DIYer so not an expert by any means and I found this floor fairly easy to lay. Measuring and planning the boards is important so that you don't end up at one end or at a corner with a very thin piece to slot in as I don't believe that will lay down well. That is the same with all click flooring. I did have someone to help me as once you click the boards in on the side it is handy then to have someone to help you push in the whole row. The sides of this flooring boards have a plastic seal which was a bit tricky to click together but the length ways side clipped in fairly easily. You can't rush it, if you haven't lined up your sides properly your lengths will have gaps but don't be afraid to unclip the sides and realign them to get a very neat tight fit all over. Once laid it looks lovely, feels nice underfoot as its got a slight pattern on it so its not slippery. The tile effect really does look like its tiled and the marble effect assists towards this look. I would definitely recommend this flooring for DIYers and experts would find laying this floor a breeze. Discount Flooring Depot were excellent, the delivery was fast and very well packaged and protected. Even though there was a short delay of a couple of days, due to stock, their communications were excellent. I would use this company again for this sort of product, their price was unbeatable for the quality of the flooring.
