I am a fan of the original Burrells gin so when I saw that Tristan had made an oak aged edition I had to try it. I love that I own one of only 150 bottles and the contents did not disappoint. A really smooth gin with a subtle vanilla note and deep oakiness. The colour is incredible. It was wonderful in a negroni.
