Ordering the sofa and arranging finance went smoothly. We asked for updates on ETA and customer service was really helpful with providing information. Our sofa was made on order and we got it delivered in 6 weeks time. Very happy with the quality and service. The gentlemen that delivered the sofa also assembled it for us.Very professional and polite. Honestly the hardest part was to choose the sofa we wanted as Msofas have a wonderful selection and variety of corner sofa beds! We love our Lonigo corner sofa bed. We've had it for 2 weeks now and can clearly say it is the best purchase we've ever made. We love it and the cat loves it. 10/10!
