Everything about the purchase was as expected...the color was correct, the quality looks very good, the instructions were simple to follow and I was in the water within 3 hours of receiving the tub. It heats very slowly but that was known so no complaints there. It is very quiet in heating mode and the bubbles really "boil the water" very actively.
I can't imagine doing any better for the money and I already referred a friend to the product.
