I love this fantastic little pin! The backing is actually more like a brooch, which I prefer as it feels like it attaches more securely. It has some weight to it, so won't work well on lightweight fabrics, but I've been wearing it on a denim jacket and I love the combination. Its the kind of pin that just makes your outfits feel finished!
