“Really disappointing experience I placed my order on August 31st with an advertised delivery time of 3-5 days. It is now September 17th and I still haven’t received my parcel - tracking shows it is still in Amsterdam. What makes the experience worse is the communication. I was initially told there was only a 2-day customs delay, and later that the parcel had already been handed over to a courier and would arrive within the next couple of days. Neither of those updates matched what actually happened. More than two weeks after ordering, I still don’t have my parcel or a reliable delivery date. For a brand at this price point, I expected much better logistics and customer service. Delays can happen, but inaccurate updates and having to repeatedly chase an order are not acceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from P&Co again.”

“I absolutely love P&Co! I discovered the brand recently and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality, style and attention to detail. Everything feels so well made, and the designs are unique without being over the top. I ordered from Germany and the whole experience was great. I only wish P&Co had a store in Germany! I would definitely love to be able to shop the brand more easily and see the pieces in person. I’m already a big fan and will definitely be ordering again. 🖤”
