“I’ve recently purchased the Nomad Denim Pants and I love love love them, the fit is amazing and exactly what I was looking for! The sizing is also very much on point, the only thing I would say could be improved is the oz quantity. At the moment it is 10oz denim, and we can definitely feel that it is a bit stiff and light, which I’m not a fan off. I had to wash it to make it a little bit more denim like to the touch, but still I don’t think it is really comfortable during winter. If you one day decide to make it a little bit heavier, say between 13-20. It will for sure become my favorite pair of jeans!! And I will buy again in a heartbeat.”

“Clothes are great and of a nice quality (from the few little things I’ve ordered) but never got a response from customer service when I had a query over my order. I would still order from this company if I really liked a product — just makes me a little wary of …as I’m not too sure that they’d respond promptly and satisfactorily, if I had a more significant issue.”

“The buttons have not been sewed on properly and are very loose. They feel very fragile. There are also a few white streaks that shouldn’t be there. Considering the price I’d like it to be higher quality.”

“Really frustrating customer service experience. I ordered a product as a Christmas gift on November 26. When it arrived, it was missing a part. I asked for an even exchange, but no replacement was offered. Since then, it’s been extremely difficult to get this resolved. As of December 14, customer service has stopped responding entirely. I’m now without a Christmas gift and being have to pay return shipping for a defective product that arrived incomplete. Very disappointing experience.”
