“**★☆☆☆☆ Feels like legalised extortion – avoid** I returned an item correctly, using the QR code Royal Mail label provided. It went missing in transit - not my fault. Instead of investigating, P&Co's returns handler, Reveni, bombarded me with escalating "legal" threats: pay £34 for a cap I'd already returned, or face mounting weekly charges of £5, then £20, then more. No proof, no real investigation, just pressure. I paid under duress to stop the threats. This isn't customer service, it's a shakedown. Don't buy from P&Co unless you're prepared to pay twice if a parcel goes missing through no fault of your own. **Never again.**”

“Grundsätzlich bietet P & Co. Kleidung mit überragend guter Qualität. Die Stoffauswahl fühlt sich immer nach Premium an. Bei den Kollektionen hat sich ein herausragend gutes Designer Team Gedanken gemacht, das merkt man einfach. Trotzdem wünsche ich mir hin und wieder die guten alten Tattoo-Designs zurück. Manche der neuen Designs mit großen Nummern und riesengroßen Buchstaben auf der Frontseite erinnern ein wenig an Kleidung für Kinder oder Jugendliche.”
