“To be fair, I didn’t want to write this review but I hope that this way I can get into contact with someone. I have been trying to reach out about my package that has been somewhere in transit for over 5 weeks now. I have been sending emails and tried the chat on the site for about 4 weeks, but nothing seems to get me in contact with someone. This has been a frustrating experience so far, I feel like there has been no support for me with this issue.”
