“The buttons have not been sewed on properly and are very loose. They feel very fragile. There are also a few white streaks that shouldn’t be there. Considering the price I’d like it to be higher quality.”

“Really frustrating customer service experience. I ordered a product as a Christmas gift on November 26. When it arrived, it was missing a part. I asked for an even exchange, but no replacement was offered. Since then, it’s been extremely difficult to get this resolved. As of December 14, customer service has stopped responding entirely. I’m now without a Christmas gift and being have to pay return shipping for a defective product that arrived incomplete. Very disappointing experience.”

“I’ve purchased many products from their website and loved all of them. All of them fantastic quality but I just saw a new item that was just added… and I’m sorry but 680 dollars for a jacket? That price tag is absolutely obnoxious and obscene. Not even my northface which is KNOWN for making quality jackets is nowhere near that price tag. Ridiculous and if that’s the trend this company is going to continue on, I don’t think I can continue to support it.”

Hi Brewster, Firstly, thank you for your support to date, and for being honest with your feedback. We really do appreciate it. The Sierra suede jacket is part of a very small Founders collection and was designed as a long-term, heirloom-style piece rather than a seasonal outerwear drop. It’s made from real suede, produced in limited quantities, and went through extensive development to get it to a standard we felt truly proud of. In the UK it’s priced at £420, and due to increased import costs and tariffs, the US price reflects those differences. We initially hadn’t planned to offer it in the US at all, but demand from long-standing customers led us to make a very limited quantity available. We completely understand that this price point won’t be for everyone, and that’s okay. Our aim was never to intentionally out-price customers, but to create a special piece we’ve wanted to make for years, something built to last and be worn for decades. We continue to offer a wide range of outerwear at more accessible price points, and we hope you’ll continue to find pieces that resonate with you in future collections. Thanks, Team P&Co

“I have purchased many items from P&Co I emailed them twice showing evidence of 3x of there T shirts I recently purchased having now developed holes in the shirts around the label in the collars. They didn’t even bother replying! To my emails …Disappointed!”

“Cord Service Fatigue Pants - Slate Grey If you are looking for the taper - look further. Those pants are absolutely has NO taper, more like straight/flair. Nothing at all as on the model on the picture. When the question about the situation was asked (2 emails) - no reply, nothing! Customer service is just non existing!”

“I have been waiting for a response to several emails for two weeks now and have tried to contact you through various channels: email, Instagram, Facebook, and the live chat (which, apparently, does not seem to be working). Your customer service used to be very good, but it is now practically non-existent. I had an order held at customs when it was not supposed to be, and I was forced to cover the additional unexpected costs. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for a response.”

“Bought Nomad jeans. Love the raw denim. Only thing wrong is they’re sized small. My usual size is a 6 which is 26” waist but their 6 is 24”. Should have got a size 8.”
