BRING BACK THE OLD FABRIC! the fit is absolutely perfect, but this new stretchy fabric is cheap feeling, and doesn’t hold up well. Please consider a heavy canvas or denim. Thank you 🙏🙏

We strive for quality in everything we do, ensuring that we are producing clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can. With this in mind, amendments to our Fatigues have been made accordingly. Our Fatigues are a new, refined cut, with an added 3% elastane mix for comfort and stretch. These are a product our production team has worked very hard to improve and make amendments to based on our customers' feedback. We've kept details such as our large fatigue pockets, but we have also changed the buttons to a more sustainable corozo material. I was so excited for these trousers! Ill start with the wins Great delivery was super fast Returning them has been smooth effortless Now the no so great. The Material is way more stretchy then was expecting. I was expecting a thick denim material And the most disappointing part they were so short :( im 5ft 8 and they came about my ankles. Please make a long version of these

The color blocks are definitely not as much of a contrast as the pictures and they do run big. I’m also wondering about the customer support because no one is getting back to me.

Products and quality is amazing however the return policy for outside of the UK is not customer friendly at all. I had to return a product by myself with no support ending up paying 22€ to ship it back to P&Co. So in the end I was with no product because I didn’t like it and lost 22€ with the return process. For the price the products cost there should be a much much better return support. At least a couple pick up points with lower shipping fees so that it makes the process cheaper and smoother

You can return to us via any courier you prefer, to confirm this does not need to be FedEx or UPS, we recommend checking with alternative couriers that may offer a cheaper alternative for you. Disapointed with Godspeed Watch Cap. Hat is much bigger than expected and comes down over my ears, not as photo shows on website. Too much hassle and cost to return.

I'll be objective. I love the design of the brand, I love the design of this jacket, and I'm glad that no synthetic materials are used, adding that the material is 100% cotton, and it has a good fit, These would be the positive parts. The most negative part I see is that since it is an American brand, It should be manufactured in America or in places with decent and protected working conditions. The fact that this jacket is manufactured in Türkiye seems to me to be a very negative aspect given the negative laboral conditions. And selling it at a high price is not fair. I know this is an unpopular opinion and that 95% of brands do the same thing and people don't care at all, but conscious and free people We have the right to spread this. It is in your hands Improving this would greatly improve your brand image.

Hello PANDCO, I’m sorry I can’t respond about the order because we haven’t received it yet... Could you check the status of the order? With the tracking information I have, it’s been stuck in the same status since January 10 :( It might have gotten lost, perhaps? Could you confirm or provide more details about its current status?

Such a cool brand with clothes I’m so interested in owning, but after two orders I’m realizing the pants are not made for curvy girls with the hips/booty/thighs. It would be totally fine if I could just keep trying and ordering different types/sizes to find the one for me but being in the US makes that difficult with the return prices which is totally understandable, but still a bummer.

Quality product, and I wanted to love it. But the sizing was a bit off despite me taking actual measurements to choose my size. And the return policy is not easy ($28 return charge from the US). As a plebeian I can’t afford this, so I’ll be wearing slightly ill fitting, well made trousers. Also, shipping took a bit.
