Im sorry to give it 3 start, but your cloth is not what it use to be. The quality has been poor last year. Bad buttons, the pockets are not so use full at they use to be. Well Killer design, but one Inner pocket and 2 with close buttons could be more of a usefull design for me. Be carefull not to drown in new designs and try keep some old ones who works and mix them with som new parterne and colours. This is not a thumb down its a keep up the good work to all of you šŸ‘šŸ¼

I’d like to leave a review on the items I purchased, but I haven’t received them. I purchased 3 shirts and haven’t received a shipping update in 8 days. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common problem with most costumers. The holidays are here so I’m sure the volume of orders have increased understandable so. Still, there seems to be an issue with getting orders out on time.

Clothes are good quality but shipping is extremely slow. And tracking never seems to work. Still waiting to receive my latest purchase and its been over 2 weeks, and i have no idea where it is.

i very much enjoy this brand’s clothing but it has been 3 weeks since my order and have yet to receive my items or get any inquiries answered by customer support

The side pockets are too low, they rub strangle against the back of your knees, esp if you have some thing in them. This is the pocket I usually keep a pair of plyers in, but it doesn't work with these pants. They are useless pockets.

This brand has a big issue with sizing. I bought a pair of pants and the waist measurement was not even close to what it says in the size chart. I contacted them and they comped the shipping on my return, which I appreciate, but they really need to fix their size chart or fix the measurements on their garments. They don't have an exchange program, so buying online from them is really risky. Who knows if the garment is going to fit the way they claim.

For each of our products, we provide a detailed size guide, which we recommend using in order to help you find your perfect fit, alternatively, we have a 'Find your Size' widget which is also available and can further assist in finding the right size for you. On the very odd occasion products can get labelled incorrectly so if you feel that your item did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer service team via our contact form on our website they will be happy to take a further look for you. Love the style and product quality. Don't like that the company doesn't allow US exchanges when there's such significant variability in fit for the same size.

Ho preso i pantaloni Carpenter in denim e in nero. Ero un po' preoccupata per la scelta della taglia date le recensioni discordanti ma ho avuto fortuna e la taglia corrisponde alla realtĆ  (ho una 44 italiana corrispondente a una 14 uk). Per la scelta della taglia ho usato la loro guida misurando con il metro un altro mio paio di jeans. Cadono molto bene in vita e non stringono troppo sulle cosce. Un po' di ritardo nella spedizione ma sono soddisfatta. In generale il pantalone in cotone nero veste meglio rispetto alla sua versione in denim

The material is very good quality. But, I feel like the waist doesn't come up high enough and hits me in an odd spot. The placement makes my stomach look odd. On a positive the pockets are very deep!
