The pants are too short and the waist too tight. I will have to return them for a bigger size. I followed the sizing guide. Wanted them for a concert. Going to cost an additional $28 to exchange. The fabric was thinner then I expected, but they feel like they would be comfortable to wear.

We are always very keen to listen, and respond to all feedback regarding our products to ensure that we make improvements where relevant. We are constantly modifying the fit on any products we feel necessary based off of our customers feedback. We have done our best to provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing for each product. If you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. They will investigate any sizing errors further for you. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free returns, we are pleased to announce that you can now pay for your return through our portal at a reduced cost of $28, this is a price we can offer as we now absorb most of the return fees for our US customers as they were previously being quoted anywhere between $100 - $200 to return back to us on there own. I have made a few purchases with P&Co. In general, I'm happy buying from them though don't love how expensive returns would be. I'm giving a 3/5 because with my latest purchase, I'd return if it was made easier, but I will make my purchase work.

We are so very sorry unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future, but it's not currently possible for us at the moment. I am happy to inform you however that we have very recently introduced a return cost of $35 for returns from Canada this is a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. You can do this by visiting our https://returns.reveni.io/p-co and opting for 'Drop off Point' If you do choose to ship this yourself you can return it to us via any courier you prefer, this does not need to be FedEx or UPS, please feel free to check with alternative couriers that may offer a cheaper alternative for you. These pants are so so so cute. The material feels good quality and has a small amount of stretch to enhance comfort but is stiff enough to feel high quality. All of the little details like the heart buckle, the pockets and the patch are adorable. These pants would get a full 5 stars from me but I found they run large and the brands size guide was inaccurate. I took my measurements prior to buying to ensure I got the right size and followed their sizing chart based off of my measurements but they are too big. This wouldn’t be a huge deal but I am a Canadian customer and it costs me $35 to return them. I was really excited for these pants and I do love them, but because the sizing chart was inaccurate I’m out $35 and I don’t know if I want to risk ordering a smaller size in case the measurements are off on those too, and I have to return them, which would leave me out $70 (a lot of money) with no cute pants to show for it. If I was rating their size guide it would get 0 stars but because the pants are still so cute- I don’t want to give a misleading low star review. TLDR - super cute, high quality pants but size down!

We are very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the sizing on our Railroad Carpenter Pants, all of our products are very different in terms of fit, and we do our best to outline this information in all of our product descriptions. We also recommend prior to purchase, measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide which should help you find your perfect fit. In addition to this, we have a Fit Quiz which is available for each product, and can further assist you in finding the right size. However, if you believe the pair you received do not match up to our size guide, which is very rare, please reach out to our customer service team through the contact form on our website and the support team will happily investigate this further for you. Absolutely love the style, each piece is amazing but I wish the sizes, specifically of the bottoms, are more inclusive for the taller girlies.

Delivery and return service are as expected. I could appreciate the immediate refund after I returned my item. The item itself was overpriced for the quality

Sometimes the refunded amount can take a little longer to process dependant on your banking provider. This will either be instant or can take up to 3 days. Advertising is not super clear for what the product is in person. Well made pants, no doubt, but I was hoping for a longer pant size if it is advertised as regular, since there is a short option where cropped would be more appropriate.

I don't know what my new purchase is like as it still hasn't been delivered! Ordered over a week ago including next day delivery, still yet to arrive! Giving 3 stars due to previous orders being fine

I received this “leave a review” email on Monday and I haven’t even received my package yet. I’ve ordered from you before and I really like your products but the delivery on this item has been much slower and slightly frustrating. I ordered this as a gift for someone who will be leaving the country tomorrow and it looks like I won’t be able to give it to her.

Hey, Thank you for placing an order with us - we're sorry for the issues you have had with delivery. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delay's with delivery for reasons beyond our control. FedEx provide us with estimations which, whilst they are met most of the time, they are only minimum timescales. As soon as our customers begin to encounter a delay with their order, we would implore them to reach out to the Customer Support team who can liaise with the Distribution Manager to establish what the cause for delay may be and when the order will be delivered. We can see that your order spent two weeks stuck in Canadian Customs where we are receiving alerts of delays - we're sorry that your gift was caught in this. We can see it has now been delivered but this was 4 days after its predicted delivery date. If you need to return it due to this, please reach out to our customer support team who will be happy to assist. The product design is really on point and the styling is all good vibes! Ordered 3 large t-shirts and received 3 large labelled t shirts but all three were a different size. This makes it hard to shop online. I might have missed the part with proper fit description but one of the large shirts was definitely a small 😂

It's not so great to hear that the sizing of the T-Shirts you ordered did not meet your expectations; we're sorry! We can confirm that the tee's you ordered are two different styles. The Karma Lounge Boxy T-Shirt and the Desert Daze Boxy T-Shirt are both boxy fits whereas the Paradise Palms T-Shirt is a relaxed fit. We do put full size charts and an interactive size quiz on every product page to hopefully make it as easy as possible to shop online as you may not always be the same size in every product. That being said, regrettably, mistakes can be made during production where products may (very rarely) be mislabelled. If the item you receive does not seem to be the size it has been labelled as we would urge you to reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can remedy this for you! It also means we can open an investigation to see if it is part of a greater issue. We can see you have already returned this T-Shirt but in future, please do email the customer support team as there will always be somebody ready to help! Albion pant are excellent. Large Tee did not fit like previous. I've purchased P&Co tees for about 5 years and they fit great, whether graphic or plain. Unfortunately they changed the style so length is 2-4" shorter than the previous design. Returned because of poor styling.

We are however, sorry to hear you are not pleased with the fit of the Garage Pocket Boxy T-Shirt. As per your suspicions, we can confirm that this t-shirt is shorter to create a boxier fit. We do still offer the regular and relaxed fit tee's that you have previously ordered. The fit information can be found in either the product name or in the fit section of the product page, if not both. We offer a variety of T-Shirt styles and fits so it's always worth checking before ordering. We do our best to provide a detailed size guide for each product too and recommend prior to purchasing that you compare these measurements to an item of your own so you can imagine how the garment will fit you. If you're still not sure after consulting the website before your next purchase, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team who will be more than happy to advise and make sure you are buying the style of T-Shirt you like!
