Cool style! Bummed the 304 Service Fatigues aren't more petite friendly and wish returns from the US were less cost prohibitive.

I’ve really liked the way their products look online but when I ordered an item, it came too small and now I have to return and I’m afraid the sizing will be off again and the cost of return is a bit overwhelming.

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your return process was not as expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future. We have very recently introduced a reduced cost of $25 for returns, however, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees. We have done our best to provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing for each product. If you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. They will investigate any sizing errors further for you and will be able to offer a solution if there are any sizing intolerances. I have just taken a look and can see this was placed on June 29th after our cut off time. This was on a 4-7 working day shipping method, and It looks like the order is due to be delivered today, so this would have arrived within the expected estimated time frame as today would be the 7th working day. I purchased a size 8 (typically a 4 in US sizing) based on the size chart - they fit well initially but stretched out significantly after a couple hours of wear. Hoping i can get them back to initial shape. I’m 5’6 and also found the regulars pretty short.

Prior to purchase I would recommend using our Fit Quiz which you can input your measurements into, such as height and weight and as a result, can then provide a more accurate size reference. Due to the nature of the material used, stretching in the fabric may occur, however, they should not be expected to stretch significantly. Taking on board the feedback you have mentioned I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service Team if this product isn't as you expected, include any photos you can provide and they will be happy to take a further look for you. Products are great but P&Co needs to get their shipping practices in order. You’re charging a high price for a premium product and in my case it’s been just under a month and I still haven’t received my order, add to that almost $80 in duty on 3 t-shirts and here I am contemplating just refusing the order and getting a refund. Every order I make takes longer and longer to arrive, unless better shipping options are offered I’m going to have to go elsewhere. They’re good shirts but c’mon.

We have been made aware of delays on orders headed to Canada, with some parcels taking up to 20 days to get into Canada from the time they leave us which we understand is unfortunate, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this delay. Good quality stuff, but sizing is well off. Luckily my brother is a couple of sizes down tand purchased the two T-shirts off me or I’d have had to pay the postage to return.

We also recommend prior to purchase, measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide which should help you find your perfect fit. In addition to this, we have a Fit Quiz which is available for each product, and can further assist you in finding the right size. However, if you believe your order does not match up to our size guide it would be really useful if you could get in touch with our support team who would be happy to further assist. Any images you can provide of these variances we can then forward them over to our design team to take a further look. I LOVE the pants, however they run pretty small. I’m currently a US 4 (25-26) in most brands. I ordered a 6 with the sizing assistance on the site and after reading reviews. They fit really tight in the hips & waist. An 8 would have probably fit perfectly but now they’re sold out.

I love the feel of the fabric, the quality is definitely there, but the sizing is crazy. I'm a 25 waist in the US which would be a UK8 but they are definitely not a 25 waist. I can pull them up but can't button them by a solid 1-2 inches. So I ordered another pair one size up, UK 10, and they are massive on me. Don't understand why there aren't "in between" sizes in the UK as there are in the US. I've had this same issue with other UK sellers and probably won't buy from anymore now that I know it's common amongst different brands. I kept both pairs and am going to look for a tailor to fit both to me, silver lining I guess.

P&co do make nice clothes and they look great on the website, but are often lacking in person. I’ve struggled with a couple of items in terms of the production quality and the colour discrepancies.

This brand has a very strong, aesthetic image and cohesion with all of their products. Their marketing and presentation is top notch, and you can tell a lot goes into the storytelling. But when it comes to the quality of construction, consistency in sizing, detailed sizing charts... all are lacking. Sorely. It's hard to recommend a book when the only good thing about it is the pretty cover, and that's exactly what this brand is. If you don't care about longevity of your clothes, and just want to fit into that Americana aesthetic, then this brand is for you.

I love P&Co - but was slightly let down here, quality doesn’t feel as good as most of their other products, and the body is WAY too short, 100% order a size up. Still a great design & brand though!

The quality is greet, nice fabric, but the color doesn't match the photos, it's far less rusty red than the photos, more light brown.

I can see you had placed an order for our Desert Trip Tapestry Art Throw in rust, just to clarify we don't state the colour as rusty red within our descriptions, the colour is listed as rust which we believe to be more of a brown, and this name was taken from the exact Pantone used by the product team when creating this tapestry. We have done our best to show the true colour of this product through our imagery on site, we've also provided multiple images to help show the product in different light settings. That being said if you're still unhappy with the product we now offer a 45-day return policy.
