Damn, after reading heaps of the reviews I felt confident that they’d fit me perfectly though I hesitated in which size to get as everyone seems to say they run small, not my experience. I’m 5.1”, 49kgs with a 60-65cm waist, ordered a size 8 and they’re much too big, everywhere. I think I’d get away with them being a bit oversized if I were taller. The fabric and print feel great and they’re well made, just not my shape

Love these designs and T-shirts, but unfortunately found them weirdly tight when putting over my head despite the actual T-shirts fitting well. Never had that problem before and unfortunately have had to return them.

My only experience buying from P&Co was a single pair of pants. They look/fit great and feel high quality but came with the button fly hardware installed incorrectly and ready to fail. These sorts of issues happen with other of brands so hopefully future orders have a higher level of quality. Returning items is a pain so will have them repaired locally when the buttons fall off. Already placed another order for new stuff so hope it is not a common issue!

They kept advertising "Welcome" discounts and black Friday discounts/additional discounts if you downloaded the app. I downloaded the app, joined their email newsletter, and tried their discount codes multiple times over the last month. Regardless, none of their discount codes ever worked. And yes, I'm positive that I was entering them in correctly. I emailed P&Co customer service to ask about this at some point during Black Friday, and a team member told me the codes were disabled during the sale– but I can confirm that they were disabled the few weeks leading up to Black Friday as well because none of my codes ever worked at any point. Why advertise them at all? It was advertised as "an additional (--)% off" ... yet I couldn't use it on its own weeks before Black Friday or during Black Friday. I don't normally leave reviews, nor do I get all riled up over discount codes– but in this case, It feels like I wasted a bunch of time and gave out my personal information, then got nothing in return. It's frustrating. Don't advertise your sale codes to bait people into giving their emails to your marketing team if we can't even access your sale codes.

I am so sorry for any issues you had during our promotional period, due to the nature of the business, we have varying offers and promotions at different times throughout the year which come with a policy. I can confirm we had stated within our Black Friday policy that all Loyalty Dept and Reveni - issued discount codes were redeemable during the promotion. However, other discount codes could not be used in conjunction with our Black Friday discounts and would be temporarily disabled during the promotion, which ran from the 15th November - 26th November. If you can confirm you had any issues with our discount codes outside of this, please get back in touch with our customer service team at hello@pand.co and we will look into this further for you. Good quality clothes. On the slightly more expensive side, but so far the quality has made it worthwhile for special purchases. My only irritation is for the price you pay, they don't offer free postage on any returns.

Been buying from this brand for a couple years now. Pros: Quality of fabric is pretty top notch to any other brands I’ve bought Style is amazing. Love just about everything they put out. Shipping for me has always been very timely, especially since living in the States Cons: Customer service seems to be non existent the couple of times I’ve tried to reach out Price can be a bit steep and can’t seem to return items if you live in the US Unfortunately lately the sizing of pieces has shrunk down quite immensely. I’ve tried ordering their biggest size XXL and the pieces always come up very short and small on me. I’m 6”2, 220 for scale. Idk I’ve loved this brand and their products for a while, I hope they can accommodate for a few things in the future, but for now I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore due to items not working for myself at all.

Our Customer Service Team are always on hand to help, advise and provide a solution you are happy with, with that being said they do receive a very high volume of queries which are responded to accordingly, however due to demand cannot always respond as quickly as they would like, we sincerely apologise for this! We are happy to take a look at any items which you feel do not match up to the measurements shown and provide a solution for you. Although we cannot provide free returns, we do accept returns from the US, I can assure you that we are working on introducing instant refunds and exchanges to customers outside of the UK & EU, however at the moment customers are currently required to wait for returned goods to arrive at our warehouse to receive a refund. Pretty quick turnaround with shipping, didn’t really want to pay for return shipping when pants were too small.

I can confirm that these are made to last, and reinforced with brass rivets, so this is not something that should have happened with ease due to the method used to attach these rivets. I can confirm we have not had any recent issues regarding this, as all of our pieces are thoroughly quality checked. That being said there is always the rare possibility of a fault slipping through the cracks. Solid. both pants that i purchased did odd things after washing and drying (i followed the instructions on tag) but they look decent. pockets are on the smaller side.

Company is fine, no complaints. Not the best customer service but far from the worst. Honestly, you can’t expect the red-carpet experience everywhere you go. I like the products and think the price is great.

pants run a little small. usually wear size 8 in this brand. Need to switch to size 10. Have tried to reach out several times to arrange but no response
