I like the designs but the fits really fon't cater to women with curves. I find the pants are either a little too light in the rear or the rise. I love the styles but the fits and available styles definitely keep me from ordering more.

I've ordered with you for the first time. I do like many of the styles, designs and their representation, which lured me in. After receiving the items I am not fully convinced by the quality of the materials. I have the impression, some other companies offer more value. Not sure if I would order with you again. Sorry guys.

I like the design of this shirt and the quality of the material. My only complaint was the hole in the stitching in the pit. I couldn't get anyone to respond about the delayed shipping so I figured it'd be worse to submit a return. I just had my girl stitch it up. I like that the fit of the Med wasn't oversized like a lot of companies tend to do now.

I was super stoked to get these pants however after reading reviews and double checking the size chart the pants were still 2 sizes too small up arrival. I'm usually a size 30 or 10US and the size chart said I was a 14 but these pants have zero stretch so if you are even a bit curvy I would recommend sizing up or passing on these pants altogether. The print is super fun and I got the short option (I'm 5'2) but I'll be sending them back as they are far too small. Unfortunately, I also got stuck with a $50 duties fee that I won't get back.

I can assure you that we are looking into a better returns solution for our customers, which we hope to have implemented soon. We have very recently introduced a better returns service whereby we offer a 30 day return policy, this is to ensure flexibility and keep emissions down with excessive returns. We are working on introducing instant refunds and exchanges to customers outside of the UK & EU, however, customers will currently be required to wait for returned goods to arrive at our warehouse to receive a refund. I sent two emails regarding my item being different to the pictured item and still haven’t received a reply. The product online doesn’t have the gold rivets which is much more flattering without and a much simpler design. Decided to send it back and refund was received straight away.

Our products are occasionally updated either based upon customer feedback or implemented by our product team reflective of changes that need to be made in regards to fit and quality. I can confirm that this is the newest version of our Paradise Forever Boilersuit which now features Antique brass metalware & finishings, this version is currently not pictured on our website, we apologise for this. Clothes were good but too small. I requested an exchange which is supposed to happen before my returns are received back. It’s been a week since I set up my return and haven’t heard a thing. Tried live chat but never respond? Not sure about the customer service at all

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. Unfortunately as a small independent company we are currently unable to offer free returns. We have however very recently introduced a new way of returning that offers instant refunds for UK & EU customers. This means that you will be refunded as soon as your request is processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive and be processed at the warehouse. Whilst this is a very recent improvement to our returns service we take all customer feedback onboard and are aware that there is still areas to be improved upon. Fitting very small. Typically in all my jeans/pants I am a size UK10/12. Have had to send back UK12. Once I get a refund, will order probably two sizes up and hopefully then they should fit.

We are constantly listening and responding to all feedback regarding the fit and quality of our products and when we feel it necessary, work to modify any products that require it, based on our customer's feedback. To help with sizing we do provide a detailed size guide for each product, which I would recommend using in order to find your perfect fit, alternatively, you can also use our Fit Quiz which is available for each product. Our products all differ in size and fit, this is something we do our best to outline in the product description for each product. It is possible on the odd occasion that products can get labeled incorrectly so in the future if you do feel that you have received an item that doesn't match up to the measurements shown please reach out to our customer service team hello@pand.co they will be very happy to help you. First order. Quick delivery and quality clothing but sizes very variable. Three medium items ordered. One spot on, the other being on the large size and the other way too small. Had to send it back at my expense.

Delivery was very quick and packaging was adequate. They included a little newspaper which is a bit of a sustainability fail as it only fed my shredder. Garments I bought I'm 50/50 on as I expected more from the price. They try to tap into the look and feel of other brands such as Deus, but frankly, I think I'll stick to their t-shirts as I find them much higher quality for similar price points. Gave this brand a go, but, not sure I'll be returning.

such cool clothes, and good quality but I’m disappointed with the size selection. First of all longer pants would be greatly appreciated for women above 5’8”, but my main issue is with the sizing. Sizes above a UK 18 would be so much more inclusive! I found the pants ran tight, and had to size up twice, to the largest size of UK18. I’m a standard US size 12, so I know there are many people in bodies larger than mine that would love this brand but can’t fit in it.

At P&Co we are always very keen to listen and respond to all feedback regarding the size and fit of our clothing to ensure that we make improvements where relevant. For example very recently we have updated the fabric of our Fatigues to a mid-weight 8oz for more flexibility to provide comfortable wear based upon customers responses, we understand however that this hasn’t fully solved issues regarding sizing. This is something that we hope to improve upon, we are still a very small company, and do hope to offer more of a size range as we continue to grow. I can confirm that we are currently working towards producing trousers in longer lengths for women as this has been highly requested from our customers. Prior to purchase we do recommend measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide, alternatively we do also have a Fit Quiz available for each product, which can further assist you in finding the perfect size. I’m obsessed, sadly they run even smaller Than I planned for ( sized up 2x my regular size). They are great quality and so unique, unfortunately the next size up is out of stock, I’ll let these Collect dust in the closet, maybe motivate me to lose some lbs after I have this baby in 10 Months.
