So I’ve been trying to order these pants but they are always sold out! Finally got my hands on them I live in the US. I did extensive reviews about the size and everyone is right they do run small and they are short in length. I did size up and I did measure a good pair of pants. Thing is they fit great in waist but since there is no give if you have thick thighs you need to do two sizes then sinch the waist. They main bummer about all this is that I would love to send them back and get next size up (16) because of the thighs but they are already $100 pants and they want you to pay $25 to send them back. I understand supporting small business but this is really a deterrent to future purchases. And their return policy is bit really found anywhere in their websites. You just see 45 day return window until you attempt to send it back then it hits you with a fee. So now I have a pair that looks really cute but I’m not comfortable in :/ and won’t wear because of the size and the send back fee of $25 is outrageous so now I can’t show them off and I don’t want to buy the next size up and be out more money when if you purchase from other company’s they would charge a fee like that. My suggesting is maybe instilling a hold fee until you get the pants back and credit back to the exchange purchase. I don’t like to complain and not give suggestions. Such hummer.. I really just wanted the pants to work.

We are always very keen to listen, and respond to all feedback regarding our products to ensure that we make improvements where relevant. We are constantly modifying the fit on any products we feel necessary based off of our customers feedback. We do provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing. If you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. They will investigate any sizing errors further for you, as on the very odd occasion there have been labelling errors. With regards to the return cost unfortunately we cannot currently offer free returns due to the fact that we are a small independent company. We were aware that our US customers were facing extremely high returns costs, and have recently introduced the drop of return option at a reduced cost of $25, this is a price we can offer as we will now absorb some of the return fees. I've only bought one product and it was not to my liking, but quality feels good. The company seems good and fast. I don't understand though why you don't have free returns or a small return fee since the products isn't that cheap.

I don't really know what to say in this review, I'm writing this review as a hope I'll get a reply from customer service. So I ordered two items, a mug and a jacket. I got my package and opened to only see the mug. I'm assuming at the time they split my package but now I'm doubting this. Firstly the mug and the quality is absolutely amazing, I'm already using it. Unfortunately the jacket which I haven't received yet still hasn't arrived, it's not needed anymore as this was for a special occasion. I understand things Like this happen, but great customer service goes along way. I've already seen way to many items on this website, especially the bowling shirts, that I'm going to order as long as this situation get's sorted. Currently, good company, good quality and even better products. I hope they can sort this situation out so I can order a few more items.

I ordered some pants based on the size recommendations from their size guide, and I was swimming in them they were so big! I loved the pants though and would have exchanged them if I could, but now I have to pay $25 to ship it back. A little turned off by that.

We are very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the sizing on our Carpenter Pants, all of our products are very different in terms of fit, we do our best to outline this information in all of our product descriptions. We also recommend prior to purchase, measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide which should help you find your perfect fit. In addition to this we have a Fit Quiz which is available for each product, and can further assist you in finding the right size. However, if you believe the pair you had received do not match up to our size guide, which is very rare, please reach out to our customer service team through the contact form on our website and the support team will happily investigate this further for you. With regards to return costs we have very recently introduced this reduced return option for $25 when opting for drop off. This is a price we can offer as we now absorb some of the returning fees for our US customers. I really loved the look of boiler suit but I was cautious because the woman in the photo is shorter than me, only 5'7. I'm 5'10, and while I really love the suit, indeed the waist is miles above my actual waist, and I will need to unhem the legs to make them as long as possible. I won't send it back, but I won't be able to wear it as much as I wanted, because it really doesn't fit that well. Be cautious, tall ladies.

Clothes are nice but sizing is very variable. Ordered two size 8s and one is noticeably smaller than the other.

Shipping was fast. The sizing was not accurate as far as length. They are both short in the leg and short in the torso. The fabric was better quality than anticipated.

Shirt looks really good but I had nothing but issues ordering and then canceling my order twice and it took like over 2 weeks to be delivered I think? Also had a funky smell when it arrived kinda like shein, but other than that it’s cute.

Usually, I have a positive experience with P&Co, but my recent order for the "A-2 Deck Jacket" left me feeling disappointed. I based my sizing on the "Fit" section's description, which stated that "Delph is 5’11 and wears a size small." Given that I'm 170cm and slender, I thought opting for an extra-small, especially after consulting the sizing guide where the differences were minimal (1 or 2 cm), would be appropriate. However, the jacket ended up being too small, leading to the inconvenience and unnecessaryness of having to return it. Moreover, being in the Netherlands, the return involved pretty hefty customs charges.

Delivery speed was amazing, order arrived within 2 days. I bought the Workwear heavyweight hoodie in Black/graphite and have to say the quality didn't reflect the price. Sure it's a heavyweight hoodie but I expected it to be more dense and the pictures on the website show the hoodie having a denim type outer material/ finish which it was not. I can get the same quality hoodie from H&M which tells you how far some will pay just for branding which I no way reflects the quality of the product.

I love the style of these, but they are too big for me. I used the sizing quiz a few times to make sure, but it didn’t seem to be quite right. I also wish it was cheaper to return from the US. I would consider buying another pair of the carpenter pants in my size, as they are really cute aside from being too big on me.

We do our best to provide a detailed size guide for each product and do recommend prior to purchase measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide. First of all, I am a big fan of P&Co, their philosophy and styles. Ordering online as well as speed of delivery were top notch as always. Also, I love(d) the heavyweight shirt, added a third to my wardrobe and they never disappoint. What I am disappointed with though is the fit of every long sleeved item I bought. Arms actually never fit me (1.96m height) and when I layer those items over/with the heavyweight shirts, the latter is always significantly longer on the body giving it an untidy look; especially for a sweater/fleece you‘d want the length to be winter-suitable. It’s a bit of a shame because I love all of the looks but it appears long sleeved items from P&Co are not made for me.

Great quality, but runs small and need to exchange for larger sizes. Shipping was not great. The Depot Shirt is fantastic, however it was shipped without the two advertized patches and had a small hole/sewing flaw at the neckand the Service Fatigue pant was sent in the cropped length instead of the requested regular length. I'll give the company one more chance as I love the style.

I can confirm we provide an in depth size guide for all our products in order to help our customers better understand the fit. With regards to the patches they are enclosed within the shirt pocket to ensure they have no risk of going missing. I am so sorry to hear you've received our Depot Shirt with a small hole, this is something which has never happened before and I can only presume had so in transit. I can see you had reached out to our customer service team and we have offered a solution you were happy with. Regarding the 304 Service Fatigue pants I can confirm these are all listed as a cropped fit, this is mentioned with the product description, they will only differ in leg length, one being Regular and the other Short. All measurements for these can also be found within our size guides. I do hope this helps to clarify why they are labelled as cropped. Pros: P&Co's fashion line is spectacular, featuring unique and eye-catching models in both men's and women's clothing categories, allowing you to stand out from the established patterns of major brands. Cons: However, the delivery management for my order of the 304 Albion Carpenter Pant - Bone, placed on January 5th, has been slow compared to fashion competitors. Additionally, the price is unaffordable and puts them on par with brands like Levi's and other high-end labels without having fully demonstrated their competence.

Jacket Is really nice but I bought two because I was unsure on the size. I went to return the one that did not fit and the cheapest option from the U.S. is $55. Unfortunately I won’t shop here again because of that.
