“Bought a pair of the carpenter pants and was so excited to try. My original order was too small. I contacted customer service about exchanging for a different size and this is where all of the problems arose. The exchange/return process is RIDICULOUS. The worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. A lot of missed communication with DAYS in between correspondence. The products seems fine but good luck if you need to do a return. I’ve yet to receive my refund and I bought the pants over a month ago. Really disappointing experience overall!”

“These pants are amazing if you get the right size and don’t have to wait over a month now for returning them for the right size. I wear a US size 2, based on the sizing chart I would be a UK size 4. The pants are much too tight in the waist. After I received product and was confused by the fit, I took the actual size quiz on the site which told me to get a size 6… the other pair of pants ordered are the checkered pants and they have a lot of give and fit fine, but completely differently than these. I have now been waiting going on 45+ days to return these as the return portal is down and have been offered nothing in return for the issue being on heir end. The pants are super cute, but the customer service in this situation really is a bummer! Make sure to take the sizing quiz and read reviews for the different fits of each pant!!?”

“Was very excited to order from this brand, but the delivery to EU (Latvia) took WAY longer than expected. On their website it was mentioned to be 3-5 business days within the EU, I had to wait for a few weeks to get my order, no update from the brand about potential delays or what so ever. Tried to reach out to the brand directly about the order status, but only received an automatic reply, and in the end the order arrived but they have yet to answer... Do have to mention that the quality of the checkered pants seems to be good. I am worried about how they'll survive their first wash, if the white parts are going to get stained, but I guess I'll just have to see.”

“Had the Barstow Denim Jeans order but it is impossible to get in touch with the company for an exchange. No live chat at any time. No contact telephone no. No response from customer services even after 3 emails Still no help whatsoever. My advice, beware of any company that does not give out telephone no's for help. M Rees”

“Pretty much only wear P&Co trousers now. Have both the carpenter and service fatigue trousers and love the fit and style of them. Waist adjusters give the perfect fit. Quality is great and never had any issues with service or delivery”

“These are not at all like they used to be. I just got a replacement pair and the material is no longer canvas-like. They’re soft and slightly stretchy now. They don’t have that slightly distressed look anymore and are now super stark black and white. They also now have super cheap plastic buttons instead of the nice metal buttons they used to have. I’m so disappointed. These used to feel a lot higher quality (used to be 100% cotton, now have a synthetic to make them stretchier). They don’t have that vintage feel to them anymore. I wouldn’t buy these again.”
