“I like the clothing, since I live in the Netherlands I ordered several sizes and several shirts worth of 1100 euros, unfortunately most of the clothing doesn’t suit my body type (long and slim) so I sent most back, except for 2 items. I got a notification that my return arrived, but I’ve now been waiting for over 3 weeks to get my money back and tried mailing the customer support, but don’t get any response whatsoever. I’m starting to get afraid that I’m getting scammed by the company, I just hope they will send me my money back soon…”

I can confirm that I've checked into your account, and your refund of the returned items has now been fully processed. To help explain the timeline, as a UK based brand, returns travelling from overseas can sometimes take a bit longer to reach us while in transit and passing through customs. We always aim to process all returns within 48 hours of their physical arrival at our UK warehouse, but we completely understand how waiting can be stressful such for high value orders. “I am writing to formally notify you that I have not received the package associated with my recent order. According to the delivery information, the parcel was marked as delivered at the door outside. I was present at home all day on the delivery date and was available to receive the package personally. I did not provide any authorization for the parcel to be delivered in front of the door without my permission. After havingva notification that has deliverd the package has not in front of the door so other people has taking it. As a result, the parcel is lost, and I remain without the goods I purchased. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for an error made by your courier or delivery service. The risk of loss remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer at the correct address personally. Since this has not occurred, I formally request one of the following within a reasonable timeframe: A full refund of the purchase amount.
