My hormones were out of control and I was diagnosed with PCOS. I didn't want to go on birth control, and I wanted to get down to the root of the problem, so I went to see a nutritionist. She introduced me to the Woman Code and I read it from cover to cover and did a complete diet overhaul. Along with my diet changes I started these supplements and 4 months after all of the changes I went back into see the MD because all of my symptoms had basically subsided and she told me I was in "remission". This stuff works! Haha
