I used this as a comparison against the 034. I have a stage 2 tune and a x34 half open carbon intake and this elbow did offer gains overall against the 034 and showed around a 20hp and 25-30tq gain due to the less restricted flow. The intake itself is not restrictive, the elbow is the bottleneck.
