I first ordered the 30” vault headboard in bracken charcoal but it was much bigger than I expected and not suitable for wall mounting. All it took was an email and a phone call and I was able to exchange it for a 22” wall mounted headboard in the same colour and fabric. The customer service was excellent. The new board was delivered a few days later with no hassle at all, and the unwanted headboard was collected at the same time. Like the divan base I ordered, the headboard is good quality, looks great and even came with the brackets to mount it on the wall. It looks great in my newly decorated bedroom.
