As a keen baker myself, I have tasted more than my fair share of cakes (chocolate or otherwise) and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this cake is one of the tastiest I have ever had the pleasure of eating. It isn't super moist, but definitely not dry either. The Caramel sauce centre and chocolate frosting/butterceeam compliment the cake beautifully. 10/10.
