“The cake arrived as scheduled and was well packaged and chilled. It was packed with cardboard and acetate cake collars to make sure nothing gets squished. I would purchase from here again!”

“Awful experience with them. I ordered two cakes to cleberate my son's 1st birthday. They delivered the cakes to the wrong address. No reason was given to why this had happened and no help to recitify the problem. It was a case of 'computer says no'. Customer service was also bad. I was told a manager would call me and nothing to this day. I got an default email to say my refund has been process. No customer service at all. I found the situation very stressful and upsetting.”

The delivery issue was raised directly with the courier, and a full replacement was offered, but we also understood that, given the timing, a replacement wouldn’t have been suitable — which is why a full refund was processed promptly.
