“Very well packaged cakes. The courier placed the box on its side (despite clear instructions on the box not to) and because of the packaging, the cake was absolutely fine.”

“Great company, used them several times now. Mostly to send gifts to my Father who is sadly suffering from dementia. Cake seems to be on of the last joys in his life. Cutter and Squidge always being a smile to his face, so thank you for that.”

“Royal Mail had an issue with the shipping and they did not arrive, and although this was not at all Cutter & Squidge’s fault, they sent a replacement with no extra cost. Thanks a lot! ❤️”

“on the birthday message, I added in (..) some request to maybe not make it too sweet if possible, and while I would understand they can't custom adjust sugar, at least don't leave the request text in the card itself, had to throw it in the bin.”

“Charged £15 delivery for next day delivery only for it to be delivered a day late which was annoying especially when I thought the price of the hamper was over the amount which qualified for free delivery. Nothing wrong with the Hamper itself.”
