“Excellent service, delivered exactly as C&S said, the cake looked lovely, I wasn’t able to try as it was a long way away, but I wasn’t told it was delicious.”

“The gift message wasn’t included in the order so the recipient didn’t know who it was from or get to read my personal words. Also, got no response when I informed the company of this error which is disappointing!”

“I ordered a gift card on a Black Friday deal and have had 2 cakes delivered, one was dry and the other was broken as the delivery person left it on its side. I then ordered some brownies and mini cupcakes. The cupcakes were nice but tiny. The brownies were again very dry. I’m stuck as I have to use up my gift card. I know it sounds awful but I wouldn’t recommend as I don’t believe you can get it wrong that often. I’ve never had anything like things with Lola’s.”

“I ordered afternoon tea and vegan hot chocolate for my sister and mum to share after mums operation. It was a nice moment for them to share durijg her recovery and they really enjoyed it together. They mentioned how fresh it was and I felt that for the price paid it was very reasonable. Thank you cutter and squidge. It was easy to order and send. xx”
