“I have used Cutter and Squidge many times for special birthday cakes and presents - I thoroughly recommend them! The cakes are always very excellent quality and are well packaged in the post. Their customer service is always great as well.”

“I placed an order with C&S because they assured me delivery would happen on the 27th of jan. It didnt. The cake ordered for 27th delivery, was delivered on 28th of Jan. This was a birthday cake, and of all commercial establishments, a bakery should be aware of the immense value of DELIVERY DATE. so even though the cake tasted good, I will be looking for bakeries other than C&S for my next order.”

“This was sent to a friend and I was extremely impressed with the service provided when my original box was not delivered correctly lovely to speak with you customer service team directly rather than a chat bot. My friend was very pleased with the brownies too thank you!!”

“My best friend lives in Edinburgh and I'm in the USA, so getting gifts to them often presents an issue. Cutter & Squidge went out of their way to fix a delivery issue I experienced, had great and timely communication with me, and the gift got to my best friend. She loved the goodies, and it was so wonderful to have a company take great care of me and my business. Will definitely use them in the future!”

“Good quality special baked treats, well packaged look and taste good (although I dont have a particulary sweet tooth so find them a little too sweet, but all my friends and family love their products). Reliable delivery all over the UK is a key reason for using Cutter and Squidge. They look and feel special so its a go to choice for so many occasions.”

“I was really impressed by the speedy service. It was an important birthday cake & delivery had to be on tim, which it was & I had regular delivery updates. It was very well packaged & I like the design of the boxes. So it looked good when I took it to the restaurant & it was delicious. Well decorated & delightful : }”

“The products sent are delicious, the customer service team are very helpful and help you out to the best of their ability, very friendly and mostly apologetic for the failings of DPD the delivery company. I only hope is that my complaints and concerns are raised with management and the issues resolved as quickly as possible regarding DPD.”
