“Does not deliver their cakes. Ordered for a birthday, two weeks later still nothing has arrived. I imagine if it ever does arrive it will be vile and rotten by then. No apology. No recognition of a birthday spoiled. No refund offered, just a voucher to reorder with them! Awful”

“For Cutter and Squidge, I gave them 5/5 stars for everything. My only issue was with the delivery which unfortunately let my overall experience down. DPD left the package upside down (when there was a clear label for the right way up), and did not wait for me to answer the door. I won’t let DPD take the whole review as that is a separate issue but ask that alternative courier company is used to ensure the customer experience is 5 stars from start to end. We will be returning customers of Cutter and Squidge and will recommend to friends and family.”

“This review is my honest opinion as a first time customer. The cake arrived on time no issues there and to add delivered outside of London. The cake looked fine and as advertised. However, when I tried the cake it was dry and tasted salty. I wasn't getting any of the flavours. I was not happy. I searched the reviews and thought is it just me? The next day I thought ok let me try and warm the cake up and put some milk on it before it goes into the microwave. Only after that, it tasted good! Everything was slightly melted but sponge tasted fine and I could actually taste the caramel and dried raspberries etc. Wish I didn't have to warm it up for it to taste decent and I would have liked it to taste the same cold. ”

“Cutter & Squidge delovered a delicious and beautiful cake for my daughter's wedding in London. Even from the US, C & S was easy to work with and stayed in daily communication, preempting any possible delivery issues and confirming the order. I'd highly recommend Cutter & Squidge for both service and product.”
