“I was disappointed by the fact that I paid for a message to be added (almost 6pounds) and I received the cake without the message. When I called them, they were pretty unhelpful and connected me to a customer service helpline that had no one available. It was critical that I received a cake with the personalised message that I paid off so I was very disappointed.”

“I purchased these to use a code for free cookies, I emailed them the moment I placed the order so they could add the free cookies - as they informed me to, however - they picked up my email after they had dispatched the order. I asked if they could send out the free cookies separately, and they said no. Not happy with the service.”

“Fantastic company who resolved an issue when their courier let them down with the delivery to the recipient. I was impressed that they immediately understood the problem and offered an alternative delivery which resulted in a quick resolution. Would definitely use again based on the product quality and great customer service”
