Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback 💕 We’re sorry to hear your hamper didn’t arrive on your chosen date and that the condition of the cream caused concern, particularly as this was a gift for someone else. 💛 Our hampers containing chilled items are ambiently tested for safe delivery and are carefully packed with ice packs to help protect the contents during transit. The ice packs may have melted and the cream may feel softer by the time the parcel arrives, but this does not necessarily mean the contents are unsuitable to enjoy. As your order also arrived later than the date you selected, we’d really like to look into the delivery for you. “Hi, I thought the service was fantastic but the cake didn’t taste as nice and as fresh as I’d have liken it to be for my mums birthday. It did seem like something I could’ve bought from the store and I did pay quite a substantial price for a small cake. Also with the free gift message, it didn’t print out in the language I wanted it so there was no gift message (but I understand this may of been technically difficult). Overall, for the price and everything in consideration, I wouldn’t buy from here again personally due to taste”
