“Ordering process easy and, delivery was speedy, and on time with good communication. Selection of cakes is good, but I wish Honey & Rose cake was available all year around as its a different kind of cake, not your typical sponge layers.”

“When I first tried to book this tea without "happy birthday" all was going well until when I came to pay it said "sold out" so I booked the same thing with a "happy birthday" card over the box. So I ordered this and then when I checked again, the same afternoon tea without the "happy birthday" was now available again. ? Delivered on time.”

“Charged £15 delivery for next day delivery only for it to be delivered a day late which was annoying especially when I thought the price of the hamper was over the amount which qualified for free delivery. Nothing wrong with the Hamper itself.”

“I love Cutter and Squidge, their cakes never disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The only negative thing I can say is that I had been saving my Squidge Points for a special occassion and I thought this was the perfect time to use them. Saddly, I was told I couldn't use my points for the wedding cake or the delivery :(”

“This was my first time ordering a cake from C&S. The delivery was smooth and arrived within the allocated time slot—early afternoon—so I’m glad I didn’t pay extra for morning delivery. The cake itself was moist and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. However, something in the ingredients seemed to trigger a mild hay fever–like reaction for me, which has never happened before. While others found the flavour combination interesting, I personally wouldn’t order that particular one again due to my reaction. In terms of extras, I wouldn’t recommend the personalised chocolate disc—it was simply placed on top of the cake wrapping rather than the cake itself. Similarly, the birthday sleeve didn’t feel necessary and isn’t something I would purchase again. The presentation was good overall, and the cake arrived in perfect condition. I may try another flavour in the future—something more traditional—as I couldn’t easily find classic options like vanilla or red velvet when ordering (though I may have missed them). I’m giving this 4 stars, as the issue I experienced wasn’t the company’s fault. I’ve have tasted a C&S cake before at someone's birthday and enjoyed it, which is why I chose them for my son’s birthday. I would order from them again, though perhaps not in a rush next time. That said, for a next-day order, their service feels very efficient and well run.”
